Call Tracking Metrics Setup
Call Tracking Metrics is a call tracking and automation platform provides businesses the tools to manage and track phone calls to increase conversion. And also has integrations with systems like Google and Salesforce.
- Go to CallTrackingMetrics – login (Login info will be shared with you)
- Go to All Accounts > create a new account
- Account name is your domain. Use agency shared billing (if shared) or add billing information. Click Get Started > Buy Numbers.
- Search for the numbers “Starting with” the area code (ex. For Stockholm search for 08 or +468)
- Purchase one of the available numbers (add the number you prefer > Confirm & Purchase) > Configure Numbers
- Copy the number we purchased and paste it to the 1. Order_realclients tab on Wordapp SME Sites – Production sheet without the country code
- Receiving number is your client number (you can find it on the SME Sites Sheet)
- Leave Tracking Source and Web Target Number empty > Save & Continue
- Under preset select “Webolia_Preset” and Save Changes
- Scroll down and see the call recording message
- Turn on “Account Whisper Message” and Save Changes
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ”Edit Assigned Tracking Numbers” and click the number > save changes
- Go to Reporting – Notification
- Under General select “After Call Mail” – Save Changes, set the email as “offert@websitedomain.com” and Save Changes
- Go to Reporting – Notification – New Notification
- Select “Weekly Digest”, set the email as “offert@websitedomain.com” and Save Changes
- Put the email address to the Google Sheet as well
- Double-check things on Notification and Call Settings (at the end of the page the number is assigned)

- Go to takarbete.nu
- Numbers – Call Settings
- Setup – Copy to – Other Account
- Choose your domain
- Don’t forget to save changes
