You were screened out from this survey early. This means that you didn’t fit the target group of this survey. Don’t worry though, the more this happens the better your Survey Profile becomes and the more correct surveys you will get.

Fraudulent can mean multiple things:

  1. You were screened out from this survey because of client feedback. Trying to cheat on surveys by filling in gibberish or not answering the questions honestly can lead to your Wordapp account being blocked.
  2. You can be using a VPN (even within your own country). What happens is that VPNs masks their internet protocol (IP) address and this way their online actions are virtually untraceable. Unfortunately, this is not allowed and that is why they can’t participate in any surveys.
  3. Fraudulent status can be also triggered if the panelist has downloaded any type of web addon with similar offer (adblocker). We have seen cases when for example panelist had AdGuard on their device. This program provides Private navigation and VPN services. By definition, when active on your device, it is bound to cause either fraud or relevant ID flag.

You were screened out from this survey late. This means that you didn’t fit the target group of this survey. Don’t worry though, the more this happens the better your Survey Profile becomes and the more correct surveys you will get.

You were screened out because you have already completed this survey. This can also happen when someone on the same network as you (school, home, etc) has already completed the survey.

You were screened out because there are enough responses for this survey already.

You were screened out because of quality checks from the client side that you didn’t pass.

You started a survey. If you accidentally closed the survey tab and can’t find it back, don’t worry: the survey will automatically close after a while.

Just too late! You were screened out because the survey closed from the client side.

Your survey was cancelled because you completed the answers way too fast. Cheating on surveys can lead to your Wordapp account being blocked altogether.

You were screened out based on survey compatibility project settings, eg. device type (mobile, tablet, standard), Flash/webcam.

You started a survey but didn’t complete it within 1 hour, so it was automatically dropped.

You were screened out because based on your profile it seems you have already completed this survey. This can also happen when someone on the same network as you has already completed the survey.

Your “fraud profile score” was found to be higher than the acceptable threshold based on Relevant ID fraud profile data. This can happen for several reasons, for example because you use a VPN or Tunnel. Try from another device/network, if it still persists contact us. There have been cases where an AdBlocker (like AdGuard) causes this to happen. Turning yuor VPN/Tunnel/AdBlocker completely off will solve the issue.

You opened a survey but haven’t answered it yet. If you closed the tab and can’t find it back, don’t worry: the survey will close automatically after a while.
